Your Tasks
Financial Communications
- You develop and manage key financial publications in close collaboration with Media Relations and Investor Relations.
- You prepare the communication package for quarterly and annual results (e.g., Q&A documents, presentations, speeches) and oversee the publication process together with internal and external partners.
- Together with the team, you plan and coordinate the annual press conference as well as the Annual General Meeting.
Annual Report

You support the
concept development, content preparation, and coordination
of the annual report. - You coordinate internal interfaces and external service providers and ensure timely, consistent, and high‑quality delivery.
Media Relations
- Together with Media Relations, you act as a point of contact for business and financial media.
- You create C‑level briefings, set up interviews, and write press releases as part of our corporate storytelling.
- You accompany Executive Board members to media interviews and conferences.
Projects & Communication
- You develop communication approaches related to finance‑relevant and overarching corporate topics.
- You produce content for internal and external communication channels.
Digital Formats
- You combine traditional financial communication with digital formats and develop modern, easy‑to‑understand presentation styles.
Your Profile
Professional Requirements (Must‑have)
- University degree, ideally in a relevant field.
Some years of experience in financial and capital market communications.

Excellent knowledge of
corporate KPIs
, reporting formats, and regulatory requirements. -
Experience creating CEO/C‑level briefings, speeches, and complex materials
with a finance focus.

Proven track record in
managing annual reports
as well as collaborating with internal departments and external service providers. - Excellent writing skills in German and English (business fluent).

Experience
working with Investor Relations as well as business and financial media
.
Ideally
- Experience in DAX, FMCG, or international companies.
- Knowledge of digital reporting and publishing tools.
