We are currently looking for a full-time Technical Training Instructor (f/m/d) to join our local team in the Erlangen/Forchheim area and support our product range of VMS software and equipment. As a technical training expert, you will take the lead in sharing knowledge about our products and their application.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

You deliver classroom training for internal and external customers to enhance their knowledge of the technical characteristics of our VMS software and equipment.

You develop new training materials and update existing ones in collaboration with the Standards & Content team.

You plan your training activities independently and coordinate with other instructors to ensure readiness for upcoming courses.

You identify training needs through consultation with Field Service and customers and develop technical and product training programs accordingly.

You ensure that all training content reflects current product features and standards by continuously collecting technical information on VMS products.

You collaborate closely with Engineering, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to maintain the accuracy and relevance of course materials.

You maintain a high level of professional knowledge and safety awareness in line with VMS guidelines.

You are prepared for approximately 30 - 40% domestic and international travel as part of your role.
Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a university degree in a technical field such as electronics, electrical/biomedical engineering, IT engineering, or a related field.

You have several years of experience in software field service or installation with ARIA and Eclipse.

You possess strong knowledge and professional experience with PC-based systems and excellent IT networking skills.

Basic clinical knowledge is desirable.

You demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong self-management abilities.

You understand adult education principles and learning methodologies.

Your profile is complemented by your excellent English skills, both written and spoken, and your basic knowledge of German.
