Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

• Business Partner Finanzen für die Geschäftsführung (Sparringspartner)
  
• Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und der Geschäftsplanung
  
• Treasury (Zahlungswesen, Liquiditätsplanung, Banken)
  
• Berichtswesen Finanzzahlen intern, Konzern und Behörden
  
• Verantwortlich für alle Steuerangelegenheiten des Unternehmens, Implementierung und Aufrechterhaltung Interner Kontrollen (AFA), Risikomanagement
  
• Umsetzung der Konzernstandards im Finanzbereich
  
• Operatives und strategisches Finanzmanagement der AH Tech GmbH
  
• Disziplinarische und fachliche Verantwortung für das Finanzteam vor Ort, inkl. Weiterentwicklung
  
• Mitgestaltung zur Förderung von Kulturwandel und Organisationsentwicklung
  
• Zusammenarbeit mit Gremien der Arbeitnehmervertretung
  
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen (Verbände, IHK, etc.) und in unternehmensübergreifenden, konzernweiten Projekten
  
• Vernetzung mit den juristischen, Compliance- und Exportkontroll-Funktionen im Airbus-Konzern
  

Darüber hinaus ist der Head of Finance wesentlich beteiligt bei folgenden Aktivitäten:

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Business Cases für Investitionsentscheidungen
  
• Festlegung der Belegschaftsstärke nach Wirtschaftlichkeitsaspekten
  
• Auswahl und Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems
  
• Erstellung des Verfahrens zur Durchführung der jährlichen Inventur
  
• Zurverfügungstellung von Zahlen für die öffentliche Preisprüfung
  

Ihre Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen:

• langjährige (mind. 10 Jahre) und einschlägige Erfahrung als CFO / Head of Finance
  
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, bevorzugt in einem Mittelstandsbetrieb eines internationalen Konzernumfeldes erworben
  
• Abgeschlossenes und einschlägiges (Fach-) Hochschulstudium oder entsprechende Ausbildung, ergänzt um adäquate Fortbildungen
  
• Erfahrung mit kaufmännischen und wirtschaftlichen Prozessen in Industrieunternehmen (Entwicklung, Herstellung und Wartung)
  
• Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Post Merger-Integration und/oder mit Betriebsübergängen wünschenswert
  
• Mindset für Value-Based-Leadership
  
• Handlungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Umsetzungsstärke
  
• Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  
• Integrität
  
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen willkommen

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Acting as a Finance Business Partner and sparring partner for executive management.
  
• Preparation of annual financial statements and business planning.
  
• Treasury management (payments, liquidity planning, banking relations).
  
• Internal, corporate, and regulatory financial reporting.
  
• Responsibility for all corporate tax matters, implementation and maintenance of internal controls (AFA), and risk management.
  
• Implementation of corporate standards within the finance department.
  
• Operational and strategic financial management of AH Tech GmbH.
  
• Disciplinary and functional leadership of the local finance team, including professional development.
  
• Contributing to the promotion of cultural change and organizational development.
  
• Cooperation with works councils and employee representative bodies.
  
• Collaboration with internal/external interfaces (associations, Chambers of Commerce, etc.) and cross-divisional, group-wide projects.
  
• Networking with Legal, Compliance, and Export Control functions within the Airbus Group.
  

In addition, the Head of Finance is significantly involved in:

• Supporting the creation of business cases for investment decisions.
  
• Determining workforce levels based on economic efficiency.
  
• Selection and implementation of a new ERP system .
  
• Establishing procedures for the annual physical inventory.
  
• Providing data for public price audits (öffentliche Preisprüfung).
  

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Long-standing (at least 10 years) and relevant experience as a CFO / Head of Finance.
  
• Leadership: Several years of leadership experience, preferably gained in a medium-sized subsidiary within an international corporate environment.
  
• Education: Completed relevant university degree (or equivalent), supplemented by appropriate further professional training.
  
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with commercial and economic processes in industrial companies (Development, Manufacturing, and Maintenance).
  
• Specialized Knowledge: Experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and/or business transfers (Betriebsübergänge) is desirable.
  
• Mindset: Committed to Value-Based Leadership .
  
• Soft Skills: Action-oriented working style with strong implementation skills, a high sense of responsibility, initiative, and integrity.
  
• Languages: Business fluent in German and English ; additional foreign languages are a plus.
