As the Head of Bid Management Excellence (BMX), you will lead a global team committed to driving process, governance, tool optimization, and continuous improvement across the Bid Management organization within Compression (CP). Your leadership ensures that best in class processes, digital tools, and methodologies are developed, implemented, and sustained-enhancing efficiency, quality, and competitiveness throughout the Sales Phase.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead a global team focused on process governance, tool innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in Bid Management.
- Drive the design, rollout, and adoption of improvement initiatives within the global Bid Management community.
- Ensure the development and governance of processes, work instructions, and training materials to support onboarding and change management.
- Prioritize tool development and feature enhancements based on Return on Investment (ROI), resource capacity, and budget considerations.
- Integrate and implement artificial intelligence solutions into the existing tool landscape to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to jointly drive and implement improvement initiatives while maintaining dashboards and key performance indicators for enhanced transparency and decision-making.
What You Bring
- Hold a Bachelor of Science degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Possess extensive experience in Bid Management, with a strong preference for familiarity with rotating equipment.
- Demonstrate significant leadership experience, particularly in managing global or cross-regional teams.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to continuous improvement, digitalization, and operational excellence.
- Showcase a proven ability to design, execute, and integrate improvement initiatives effectively.
- Display excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, along with high cultural awareness for effective collaboration across diverse regions and time zones.
