A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Global Procurement Process Manager (P2P) (f/m/d), you drive the continuous transformation, harmonization, and governance of global end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay processes across regions, functions, and business units. You collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and IT teams to design and implement a standardized SAP S/4HANA-based process landscape while advancing strategic transformation initiatives. By leveraging digital technologies such as AI and process mining tools, you identify optimization opportunities, enhance process efficiency, and support the deployment of innovative solutions. Through active stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, training, and best-practice sharing, you ensure sustainable adoption, continuous improvement, and global alignment.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Drive continuous improvement and governance of global Purchasing processes for Direct and Indirect Materials
  • Define global standards and best practices as a member of the Procurement Center of Excellence
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and IT
  • Optimize the procurement operating model, focusing on governance, compliance, and performance management
  • Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA-based procurement processes and digital solutions
  • Identify automation and efficiency opportunities using AI, process mining, and analytics


What You Bring
  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Several years of experience in Procurement, Procurement Excellence, or Procurement Transformation
  • Strong understanding of Purchasing processes and experience in process transformation initiatives
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with procurement technologies and process mining tools
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with business-fluent English and German language proficiency
