A Snapshot of Your Day
As a General Finance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day financial activities of the organization. Your role ensures that financial resources are controlled effectively, transactions comply with regulations and standards, and strategic financial decisions support the company's long-term goals. You'll work closely with senior leadership to provide insights, forecasts, and recommendations that drive sustainable growth.
How You'll Make an Impact
• Manage and control financial resources, ensuring compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and internal standards.
• Lead financial analysis, reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable/receivable, inventory and cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analyze revenues, liabilities, and credit conditions to forecast short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow positions.
• Evaluate and recommend investments and financial instruments to meet cash flow needs.
• Advise management on financial matters and regulatory impacts.
• Support managers in developing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and managing financial responsibilities.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including auditor reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and other required reports.
• Select and manage relationships with consultants and advisors to maintain high service standards.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards.
• Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for advising management and presenting findings to executives.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and investment evaluation.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
• Leadership skills to manage consultants and cross-functional collaboration.
