A Snapshot of Your Day
You act as a trusted partner to FIN GT SG management, supporting factory network decisions. You review footprint scenarios with cross-functional teams, consult on concepts and business cases, and develop standards and tools for costing and break-even analysis. You collaborate with cluster heads and drive best practice sharing across the network.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Ensure transparency and objective resource allocation
- Develop standards for systematic evaluation of allocation challenges
- Build strong partnerships with cluster and factory management
- Identify benchmarks and promote best practices
- Provide structure for decision-making
- Support optimization of the factory network
What You Bring
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or similar
- 5+ years' experience in finance within manufacturing operations
- Strong advisory, compliance, and audit background
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally
