Digital Office Functional Lead (f/m/d) Gas Service Solutions

You are the driving force behind the Digital Office within Digital Operations - making sure digital runs smoothly across Gas Services Solutions, from intake to operations to adoption. You engage with business stakeholders to challenge priorities and translate ideas into structured digital initiatives, guide product owners through governance and standards, and drive transformation to strengthen digital capabilities across the organization.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Act as digital business partner representing Digital Operations towards the Gas Services Solutions business - taking in new digital demand, sparring with stakeholders, and developing ideas into structured initiatives that deliver tangible digital value
- Professionalize and evolve our demand intake and prioritization funnel, building on what we already have in place and lifting it to the next level of transparency, consistency, and value creation - ensuring that what we invest in truly pays off
- Orchestrate governance and compliance enablement for the Digital Operations portfolio - making processes such as cybersecurity, third-party software clearing, and internal compliance transparent and actionable, guiding product owners, and ensuring that governance standards are consistently lived across ongoing development projects and tools
- Drive digital transformation and change management end to end - from concept to rollout and adoption - including workshops to identify utilization gaps in existing tools and to surface new digital opportunities
- Strengthen digital savviness across the organization through enablement formats, targeted communication, and hands-on support
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning multiple areas of the organization - acting as a community leader who fosters collaboration and alignment across diverse disciplines, driving progress and shared objectives beyond organizational boundaries
What You Bring
- Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar
- Several years of professional experience in digital transformation, business partnering, or change management within a complex enterprise environment
- Experience in designing and executing change and adoption concepts end to end, including workshop facilitation and enablement formats
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage both business leaders and technical experts
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and digital product delivery in regulated environments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
