Demand Generation Lead, Google Cloud Marketing (Fixed-Term Contract) (English, German)
This will be a fixed term contract (36 months)

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of B2B marketing and multi channel marketing experience with enterprise software, infrastructure or platform-as-a-service technology brands.
- Experience in using Data Analytics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting to track Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Opportunity conversion rates and ROI.
- Experience with enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and integrating AI-driven personalization tools into the marketing funnel.
- Experience partnering with Sales and Business Development (BDR/SDR) teams to define strategies.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the cloud marketing and partner marketing.
- Experience in Demand Generation.
- Excellent project management skills, including managing large projects, vendors, and agencies.
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various teams.

As a Demand Generation Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a sophisticated, high-performance inbound and outbound demand engine, leveraging marketing automation and AI to deliver deeply personalized user experiences that accelerate the sales funnel.
In this role, you will be a fully dedicated marketing leader, shaping the future of Google Cloud and part of an entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business. Your mission is to bridge the gap between buyer interest and closed business. You will serve as a strategic partner to our DACH Marketing Practice Area Leads, our Business Development Representatives (BDR) and Sales teams, auditing and refining lead follow-up processes to ensure no opportunity is left behind.

Responsibilities
- Leverage AI and automation tools to scale personalization, improve lead scoring, and enhance the performance of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across programs.
- Drive the operational rhythm with Business Development Representatives/Sales to optimize lead handoff, feedback loops, and overall funnel health.
- Manage and optimize existing marketing channels while proactively identifying new growth levers together with the DACH Marketing Practice Area Leads.
- Orchestrate integrated campaigns across paid media, web, and content to drive a cohesive, "always-on" demand engine.
- Use data-driven insights to propose and execute experiments that improve Return on Investment (ROI) and identify untapped market opportunities.
