A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Commercial Sales Manager (CSM) (f/m/d) within our Gas Services, Controls, Digitalization & Nuclear I&C team, you will collaborate closely with the Technical Sales and Bid Management Team, as well as Regional Service Units (RSUs), to meet client and tender requirements. You will be responsible for all commercial aspects of assigned offers until handover to the project execution.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Identify, manage and mitigate commercial topics of a contract including but not limited to legal aspects, currency, financial securities, terms of payment, insurances, export control, and compliance.
  • Prepare customer bids in close collaboration with the bid team and relevant stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Insurance Taxes, etc.)
  • Lead cost/price calculations and cashflow projections, while preparing and presenting the Limits of Authority (LoA).
  • Participate in negotiations of commercial and legal customer T&Cs, ensuring compliance with guidelines and approvals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of financial/commercial contract documents and information to the project execution (Handover).
  • Prepare Budget Planning and regular updates for Forecast in close alignment with responsible Sales Manager and Partners in Regional Service Units.


What You Bring

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Longstanding professional experience and proven skills in commercial bid / sales and / or commercial project management
  • Ability to connect and integrate perspectives in a cross-functional and cross-organizational structure at all levels; comfortable working with virtual international teams.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on attitude to successfully manage the full scope of financial and commercial activities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in business-fluent English and German, with the ability to present results to management.
