A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will be part of the Portfolio Management function, ensuring that our global sales organization has a stable, high‑quality technical assessment environment. Your day involves close collaboration with colleagues across engineering, product lifecycle management, sales, and quality. You will support sales projects in managing technical risks, maintain the stability of our Technical Assessment (TCA) system, and drive improvements in process and tool landscape. Expect a mix of structured process work, problem‑solving, and stakeholder interaction, all contributing to enabling Siemens Gamesa's mission of accelerating the energy transition.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Ensure the operational stability and business continuity of the Technical Assessment Process and the TCA system
  • Act as system owner and primary point of contact for TCA users across the global organization
  • Analyze system behavior and user input to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements
  • Maintain and develop process documentation, process maps, user guides, and training materials
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using continuous improvement methodologies
  • Drive process optimization projects from idea to implementation, ensuring user adoption and measurable impact


What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Significant experience (typically 5+ years) within business process management or a similar discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, improve, and document business processes and supporting systems
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow management, and process design
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset, including root cause analysis
  • Ability to work independently with complex challenges and collaborate effectively across functions
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
