Tasks and Responsibilities:
- One Team - One Dream: Werde Teil unseres technischen Support-Teams im Bereich Payment Management
- Die Anforderungen des Kunden verstehen: Du analysierst und klassifizierst die Supportanfragen nach Dringlichkeit und übernimmst außerdem die Verantwortung, die bestmöglichste Kundenzufriedenheit zu erreichen
- Du bist der Experte: Als Anlaufstelle bei technischen Problemen findest Du mit einer tiefgehenden Recherche und einer eigenverantwortlichen Erarbeitung neue Lösungswege
- Von A bis Z: Du hast Spaß daran Supportvorgänge und Qualitätsmaßnahmen bis ins kleinste Detail nachzuverfolgen und zu verstehen? Dann bist Du bei uns im Team genau richtig!
- Sparringspartner: Als Organisationstalent übernimmst Du die Koordination und Verwaltung der Anfragen zwischen den internen Abteilungen
- Dein Einsatz ist gefragt : Mit Dir fängt es an! Du führst Dokumentation über Deine neu erarbeiteten Lösungswege und pflegst diese in unsere Wissensdatenbanken ein
What makes you successful in this role:
- Das bringst Du mit: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informationstechnologie oder alternativ Ausbildung zum/zur Bankkaufmann/-frau verbunden mit IT-/Technik-Affinität
- Technische Affinität: Du bringst bereits gesammelte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im elektronischen Zahlungsverkehr mit, oder in Technologien, die sich mit sicherem Datentransfer beschäftigenSolider
- Background: Idealerweise besitzt Du ein gewisses Know-how in den Bereichen Datenbanken und Netzwerktechnik - Gewisse Erfahrungen im Support wären von Vorteil
- Deine Persönlichkeit zählt: Dich zeichnet eine freundliche und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, sowie team- und serviceorientierte Skills aus
- Über den Tellerrand hinaus: Du hast Spaß an bereichsübergreifender Arbeit? Prima! Denn davon wirst Du bei uns genug haben.
- Hands-on-Mentalität: Du hast ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Engagement und übernimmst Aufgaben gerne selbstständig
- Kommunikationstalent: Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
