How You'll Make an Impact
- Reliable day to day operation of AI powered business applications in production
- Incident investigation log analysis monitoring alert evaluation and structured resolution support
- Root cause analysis service reliability operational stability and business continuity support
- Reading maintenance and adjustment of Python code for minor bug fixes and technical enhancements
- Collaboration with architects and developers to resolve technical issues and improve operational supportability
- Release deployment and validation support in close collaboration with technical teams
What You Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in Python and confidence working with existing codebases
- Hands on experience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of incident management, root cause analysis, application monitoring, and log analysis
- Familiarity with AWS services and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch
- Strong analytical thinking, a service oriented mindset, and excellent English communication skills
