What to expect:
- Creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to present key business metrics and performance indicators
- Performing data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports
- Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data, and providing relevant insights and recommendations
- Taking cross-functional responsibility for reporting and analytics within the department
- Collaborating with senior management within Corporate International
What we expect:
- Solid knowledge in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting
- Basic programming skills (Python and/or SQL)
- Basic experience in handling and creating dashboards (Microsoft Power BI)
- Ideally, initial experience in the corporate insurance sector and with Databricks
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand, interpret, and transform complex data into meaningful reports
- Team spirit and a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Ongoing studies (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Physics, or a related field
- Openness to innovative technologies and a willingness to use artificial intelligence responsibly in everyday work while continuously developing one's skills
