Working Student IT HR Applications (all genders)

Your Tasks

• Support across multiple HR applications, including handling and resolving tickets
• Initial triage of technical issues and routing them to the appropriate internal experts
• Execution of tests, creation of test cases, and supporting during User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, such as process diagrams, runbooks and BluePrints
• PMO support activities, including documenting meeting minutes and tracking deliverables
• Ownership of small-scale projects, from planning to execution

Your Profile

• Enrolled student with a focus on business HR, IT, or a technical field
• Increased availability during semester break
• Strong intrinsic motivation and genuine enthusiasm for HR topics
• Critical analytical thinker
• Experienced in working with AI tools and technologies
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility and reliability
