As a (Senior) IT Solution Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing IT infrastructure, leading projects, and fostering strategic partnerships to support our mission of saving and improving lives around the world. The position is full-time at our location in Unterschleißheim and limited to 2 years.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that IT systems run stably and meet all regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for IT initiatives from the concept phase to successful implementation and ensure continuous optimization of IT services.
- Analyze business processes and develop tailored IT solutions that are efficiently implemented.
- Build strong relationships with global and local platforms and promote collaboration for sustainable IT development.
- Contribute ideas, propose innovative solutions, and help drive the digital transformation of the production site.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT infrastructure and system management with a strong hands-on mentality.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT or service environment, ideally in the life sciences industry or a production environment.
- Solid knowledge in project management and service management (ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage).
- Fluent German and English skills.
- Responsibility, independent working style, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
