A Snapshot of Your Day
The Program Manager for Cyber Security Lifecycle Management role is designed to ensure effective cross-functional coordination within the Grid Technologies Product Management organization, aligning Solutions, Digital Grid, and Service Execution units on cybersecurity offerings. This position will focus on strategic program and portfolio management, stakeholder management, and the implementation of governance and risk management processes to manage the entire cybersecurity service lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in technical program management within cybersecurity, possessing strong influencing skills and a proven ability to establish and manage program governance for large-scale initiatives.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Governance, Process & Risk Management (20%): Design and implement standardized governance structures, risk management processes, quality assurance frameworks, and portfolio monitoring systems while coaching teams on cybersecurity and program management best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management (40%): Act as the central coordination point for cybersecurity lifecycle activities, lead stakeholder alignment workshops, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and provide strategic reporting and recommendations to management.
  • Cybersecurity Program Strategy & Portfolio Management (40%): Develop and execute a unified cybersecurity program strategy and manage the full cybersecurity portfolio lifecycle, including service development, optimization, end-of-life planning, and market trend analysis.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Significant professional experience in technical program or portfolio management, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects or programs with limited oversight across multiple business units.
