Associate Expert Operational Excellence

Summary

Location: Schaftenau, Austria Role Purpose: Support and carry out documentation and training administration processes for the preparation and timely delivery of drug substances (DS), drug products (DP), processes and procedures in collaboration within a multifunctional project team coordinated by a Project leader. Contribute to maintenance of system infrastructure. Support initiatives for new systems or system changes as subject matter expert. Always work according to the compliance regulations in place (e.g. GxP, Development Quality Practice).

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

• Support existing documentation and training processes and systems• Propose and provide input for the design of new documentation or training handling systems• Seeks proactively for support and coaching from Project Leader, Scientific Expert or other team members during the whole process if necessary.• Solve process customer complaints in a timely manner with adequate communication and under minimal supervision• Data system Business/ Administrator owner role• Participate in function-specific teams and fulfil assigned project tasks and responsibilities under supervision.• Optimize existing processes and develop more efficient ones (generate workplace procedures)• Successful execution of assigned tasks within given timelines at expected quality; right first time and right in time

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €43,548.40/year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
