Integrated Facility Management Lead & Contract Manager (f/m/x)

Your (new) Opportunity:

Vendor Management:

  • Manage the IFM contracts at site level
  • Provide Takeda oversight for performing of IFM – Services
  • Focused oversight of critical services (GMP-Cleaning, CAD, etc.)
  • Handle and coordinate with vendors upcoming (technical) emergency situations and activities
  • Service Change Control, approval and responsible of the IFM reporting process at site level
  • Contract administration (knowledge, monitoring of expiration date & clauses, etc.) over entire contract period
  • Accountable for IFM related local SOP’s, standards, CAPA’s etc.
  • Takeda IFM representative during audits to the MOH, health agencies

Performance Management:

  • Monitoring of delivered service performance, KPI’s incl. measurement, training, quality and compliance of contracted/delivered services based on SOW/SLA’s
  • Oversee the compliance of vendors/contractors with Quality and EHS rules/requirements
  • Complaint/Claim 1st level
  • Escalation of issues and complaints to the 2nd level

Cost Management:

  • Responsible for Site IFM OPEX budget
  • Placing of Purchase Orders and checking of delivery notes
  • Controlling of agreed baseline, savings and planned expenses
  • Approval of unplanned maintenance/service activities/expenses
  • Initiate or review/approve service-related cost savings projects in coordination with the vendors
  • Manage IFM related CAPEX and Lifecycle

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably master’s degree in Business Administration or Facility Management

  • Profound experience in the services/facilities management area and proven leadership skills

  • High understanding of operational tasks facility management/services related
  • Knowledge/Understanding of critical systems, maintenance/services processes etc.
  • Strong Business and Financial acumen
  • Excellent developed negotiations and communication skills
  • Networking personality and cross-linked thinking
  • Good understanding of GMP-Quality and EHS responsibilities
  • Assertive and business fluent in German and English

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 4.369,11 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
