Senior Solution Manager - Architecture (m/f/d)

We are a cross-functional team of young savages and old hares who share a passion for architecture, cross-section technologies, agile working methods and automobiles. We are passionate about model-based systems engineering and working on architecture-models on all levels (system-, electrical-, electronical-, software-architecture) and cross section technologies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and update the solution vision, solution intent and capabilities
• Define capabilities based on architecture framework, and systems engineering as the basis for development
• Define and align the solution roadmap, including main release dates
• Specify the target customers (consumers/ users) of the solution deliverables and detail their needs in order to ensure the right benefit delivery
• Act as an interface to other business units within the group, including active participation in relevant decision boards
• Prioritize the solution backlog as well as capabilities and communicates them to the program managers/ solution architects
• Monitor solution progress (time, costs, quality, content) and adjust as needed

WHO YOU ARE

• Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, business informatics or a related field
• Experienced solution manager with proven experience in the fields of end-to-end customer processes and customer value in an automotive environment and good understanding of requirements of data customers
• Deep understanding and proficient knowhow in developing and delivering data products in automotive industry
• Active participation in an agile environment (SAFe), experience in agile solution modelling and solution operation in a leadership role
• Leadership and communication skills, decision-making authority, networked-thinking and networking
