Manager Reporting & Analytics (x|f|m)

We are looking for a Manager Reporting & Analytics (x|f|m) for the Controlling BPS Division in Goettingen (DE) (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH), or Aubagne (FR), with the possibility to work remotely for up to two days per week. The responsibilities of this position include supporting the reporting & analytics activities for the BPS Division. In this bundled responsibility of many different areas, the holder of this position & his/her team will act as the single point of contact for the BPS division for all business reporting & analytics topics. The goal is to provide timely, an accurate pipeline information, sales and financial reports for business leaders on critical decision making. Your tasks

• Lead, coordinate, prepare and deliver relevant reports, analysis and drive content, action oriented, forward-looking perspectives to allow management decisions
  
• Identify, review then simplify the BPS Division Tableau dashboard landscape by bundling it into one team & drive efficiency gains (SFDC, BW, SAP etc.)
  
• In close collaboration with BPS Division Business controllers, control and assist business areas/functions in the countries to be steer their business from L2O, O2C & I2P perspective
  
• Ensure the use of defined standard reports and develop analysis procedures similarly across all functions (Sales, BAs & Operations), tailor it to the needs of the business whenever necessary following the Fi/Co governance framework
  
• Recommend and continuously improve business performance measurement, procedures, and systems
  
• Support critical and financial valuation of perspectives, and new product launches
  

Your qualifications

• A cademic degree in business administration, or accounting
  
• Several years of proven work experience within finance or controlling in an international environment
  
• Several years of practical experience in designing and implementing solutions in business intelligent systems (e. g. Tableau)
  
• Ability to analyze quickly, and take appropriate action
  
• High system affinity, and very good analytic thinking skills
  
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to provide challenging tasks
  
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English
  
• Excellent commercial and financial knowledge and skills
