This role helps to ensure that Sandoz has the leaders and skills to deliver on its purpose of pioneering access for patients. The role maximizes the impact of leadership development across Sandoz, for leaders throughout their career journey, by executing a clear, focused and innovative leadership development agenda, aligned with the People & Organization strategy.

Critical for success is to build and maintain trusted relationships with members of the (1) Talent Team, (2) P&O Business Partners and (3) Business Leaders. The role reports to the Global Head of Talent who in turn reports to the Sandoz Chief HR officer. Close collaboration with other Talent team members, as well as Talent Access, Learning, DEI Culture, and many others is essential to create impact.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Develop the Sandoz leadership development strategy for our top 150 senior leaders.
• Create a cohesive framework for executives and senior leaders that results in higher growth and promotes the Sandoz culture.
• Grow and engage senior leaders with the right leadership skills and mindsets to propel our business priorities for the long-term with fewer, better solutions (vertical and horizontal development)
• Design and execute enterprise products and solutions as a deep expert with an advanced leadership development skillset
• Drive implementation of programs and provide thought-leadership, advisory, and expert coaching to senior leaders through differentiated development solutions
• Contribute to the execution on the Talent Strategy in direct service of our business strategy
• Measure the return on investment and effectiveness of talent development practices and articulate opportunities for continuous improvement and higher levels of impact (business and culture)

Minimum Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:
• Multiple years of proven work experience in strategic senior leadership development and demonstrated measurable results in a consultancy or large-scale multinational corporation, regardless of industry
• Proven ability to conceptualize senior leadership development interventions that drive large-scale business performance with impact, e.g., in management consulting or strategic HR roles
• Experience working with external vendors to design and deliver impactful horizontal and vertical development solutions for target audiences
• Proven ability to navigate in a matrix environment and mobilize collaboration across Sandoz
• Strong senior executive engagement, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with demonstrable ability to simplify solutions and create buy-in and alignment across geographies and units
• Strong business acumen and executive presence, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills and resilience to meet multiple priorities and deadlines
• Fluent English language skills; any other language is a plus
