Responsibilities:

Support, Coordinate & Improve the Wholesale North Digital Strategy

  • Deepdive - Check of missing productsfor PP // Sellout/Stock Check - AO Push - WOW defined by Customer/KAM
  • Analyse Bestseller & Worstseller
  • Analyse low cover& sellthrough
  • React in seasonto ensure trade needs // Additional options, Replacement Management
  • Own the execution of onsite plans for your division to drive onsite KPIs in line with our strategy // QR - All about Product, UX
  • Tracking of Campaigns & Learningsbased on data driven insights to ensure we launch with impacts
  • Clear communication to Sales Team & wider organization stakeholders
  • Identify & deliver opportunities to achieve sell out and sell in
  • Insights about the Market & Competition // SWOT - Audit - Reporting ; 2 x season pre & main incl.follow up
  • Hold regular meetings with the KAMs to monitor results, progress and update strategies and actions // Join Trade Calls with Customer
  • Preparation in collaboration with crossfunctional teams to optimize pre-bookings and order book conversion to achieve a fewer, better, bigger


Lead a high-class content & communication approach for our Pure Players in collaboration with Channel Marketing Manager

  • Coordinate and facilitate consumer & customer needs // Consumer Insights
  • Ensure a smooth end to end shopping journey for your consumers
  • Based on direction from trading, highlighting key products or trends through edits, headers, landing pages and content spots
  • Drive e-com standards to ensure presence assets, PDPs, Copy and overall brand presentation is in line with LRN.com criteria's
  • Own the sequencing for your category across all pages to drive CTR and conversion rate
  • Build a structure to deliver consumer relevant details to ensure a higher sellthrough in season

Requirements:

  • You are focused on driving sales whilst maintaining seamless customer journey
  • You're data driven, understand the digital customer, and use key onsite metrics to drive performance
  • A digital KPI native. You have strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn analysis into plans and actions
  • Solutions orientated
  • Organised and proactive
  • Have a test and learn mentality
  • Excellent Excel Skills
  • 3 years' experience in a Wholesale or Merch role
  • High understanding of the market, customer & consumer landscape
  • Can translate sales strategy into consumer facing presence
  • Previous experience using digital tools and reports
  • Communicate across all levels of the business, influencing where required
