Product Portfolio Manager (f/m/x) - Corporate Finance

We are on the lookout for a motivated individual with a background in corporate finance and portfolio management to manage a variety of tasks to support our product sales teams, successfully handle existing customer portfolios, and collaborate closely with various units of the RBI Group. Your mission at RBI
- Your focus will be on managing a portfolio of customers for a range of Corporate Finance products, including Leveraged, Acquisition, Project & Real Estate Finance Loans.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, including providing support during documentation phase, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Handle limit applications, prepare regular limit reviews, and manage any changes to your deal portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with the product managers of Leveraged, Acquisition, Project & Real Estate Finance departments (“front office”), and with loan managers and risk/limit managers (“back office”).
- Interact and engage with both internal stakeholders ( Relationship Management, Legal Services, Account Opening and Tax Departments, Treasury und Syndications) and external parties (customers, facility agents, sub-participants, RBI Network Units) and take over the coordinating role, when needed.
- Act as central contact person for all matters of your deal portfolio.
Your core competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar.
- Profound expertise in corporate finance and portfolio management, along with a strong understanding of relevant processes.
- Ability for “out of the box thinking”, combined with an interest in developing structured, customer-oriented product solutions
- Excellent English and German language skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and proactive personality.
- Strong team player, eager to learn, combined with a hands-on attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Organizational talent with an attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under time pressure and tight deadlines.
