Job Description

About the role:

Leading projects and owning the respective change controls for Supply Chain related topics like product launches, geographic expansions, repackaging of product etc. with potential impact on the supply situation.

How you will contribute:

  • Lead and manage Supply Chain-related Projects for the Vienna manufacturing site and the Bio OpU

  • Set-up and coordinate project plans/change plans for a timely implementation

  • Drive execution of the project, keep track of major milestones and report current status and potential issues/risks to relevant stakeholders

  • Interact with various other departments on a local and OpU/global level

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Education in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or several years of proven practical experience

  • Experience with quality management systems preferred (Change control in TW8/TW10)

  • Strong communication, leadership and networking skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence at different levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated experience leading high priority, business-critical initiatives within a matrix organization

  • Flexible personality enjoying work in a dynamic environment and good stress resistance

  • Excellent in German and English, additional languages appreciated
