People Planning Project Manager (m/f/d) 38,5h/w - IKEA Austria GmbH

Who you are

We are looking for an HR manager for the Viennese market who is enthusiastic about improving our ways of working by bringing the need of customers and co-workers together. The development and implementation of a new workforce management tool (timekeeping and staff planning tool) is the first step in this journey. You have a down to earth attitude with values corresponding to the IKEA values. You enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multidimensional environment and you have a passion for finding better ways. You have a desire to be proactive, result-oriented, and have strong project management skills.

For this role we believe you have:

• a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources on the Austrian Market (formal qualifications or equivalent) and delivering results
• knowledge on the labor legislation on the Austrian Market
• strong analytical skills to improve and renew processes
• a collaborative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work in a global, culturally diverse environment
• strong personal leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mobilize people
• interest of HR digitalization and new ways of working.
• good communications and presentation skills in German and English.
• good understanding of project management processes and business requirements gathering.

Your responsibilities

You will:
• lead the people planning process on the Viennese market.
• to do this in a modern way you lead the implementation of the new workforce management tool
• be responsible for the project and frames for scope, time, and budget.
• support and coach the units and sites with expertise during and after the project.
• secure collaboration with all areas of the organization and building trustful relationships.
• communicate with key stakeholders to secure awareness, support, ownership, and alignment.
• after the project you will lead a group of people planning specialists on the Viennese Market.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 4.000 (on fulltime base with an ALL-IN contractual agreement). We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification.
