Innovation Performance and Portfolio Manager (f/m/x)
As part of our dynamic Innovation Management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing RBI’s innovation portfolio to transform continuous innovation into superior customer experience. Your Mission at RBI
- Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation management system to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance RBI’s innovation.
- Regularly collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to maintain an up-to-date overview of ongoing Explore and Exploit Innovation projects and initiatives.
- Translate strategic ambitions into measurable innovation KPIs and develop new ways to achieve them.
- Consistently measure, track, and report on Innovation KPIs for both Explore and Exploit Innovation activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on the innovation portfolio and budget allocations.
- Build and maintain a robust data collection, analysis, and reporting infrastructure.
- Assess innovation projects in accordance with the innovation governance process and provide recommendations.
- Prepare, plan, and document stage gate meetings within our innovation governance framework.
Your core competencies
- University degree with a focus on innovation management, innovation accounting, economics, data analytics, business information systems or similar
- 2-3 years of practical experience in innovation
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights to solve complex problems
- Strong interest and skills in innovation KPIs development, tracking, and reporting
- Proficiency in building and maintaining technical infrastructure (Excel, PowerBi, PowerPoint, etc.) for data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of innovation activities and budget allocations
- Effective communication with multiple stakeholders. Readiness to set clear deadlines and prepare stage gate meetings to ensure smooth governance
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting detailed reports to various stakeholders
