    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You enable daily operations and an efficient distribution network on
    the market by securing and end to end planning and fulfilment process through gathering, processing, analysing and sharing goods flow information and trends, identifying possible risks and proposing actions to prevent and providing accurate flow and capacity plans.
  • You assess current and planned fulfilment unit capacity on the market in terms of short, mid and long-term needs and identify solutions in order to enable securing
    agreed goals on availability and keeping lead time promise at the lowest possible cost.
  • You support operations in close cooperation with the whole Fulfilment Availability and Support functions in any exceptional or emergency situation regarding flow, stock and capacity (e.g. commercial activities and campaigns, supply problems, unexpected peaks)
  • You contribute to an aligned and high quality flow and capacity planning process on the market including providing and aligning the right short-, mid-, and long-term capacities to reach target availability to the customer at high quality and lowest possible total cost.
  • You cntribute to providing the Market Fulfilment Availability and Support Manager with recommended actions to address any identified capacity imbalances and input to expansion plans and range classification
  • You develop local improvements in working methods, systems and tools and
    for implementing global routines, systems solutions and ways of working with all partners in the Supply Chain, Retail and Customer Fulfilment on the market, in close cooperation and co-creation with the Group Flow and Capacity Planning to secure continuous improvement.
  • You contribute with both knowledge and expertise to optimal operational and multichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrices, global initiatives and competence networks.
  • You actively supporting the fulfilment units with securing agreed goals on the use of existing fulfilment unit capacity and identifying and analysing capacity constraints through coaching and supporting with identified improvement potentials to secure smooth constraint planning and maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Responsible for considering the parameters connected to the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda on the market in flow and capacity planning across all touchpoints.

    For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from min € 2.377,- (on fulltime base). We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
