Administrative & Organisational Assistant (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Administrative and organisational support in the continuous management of an international academic (scientific and educational) project named “Transition, Innovation and Sustainability Environments”
- Planning, organisation and monitoring of all relevant procedural, and administrative processes
- Permanent communication and consolidation with international partners (incl. on site travel)
- Support in building up a new transdisciplinary study programme of European excellence
- Website management and supervision of social media activities (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Your profile
The following criteria are required:
- High School Diploma / A-Levels
- Excellent English language skills (min. C1)
- Computer skills (e.g. MS Office, MS Projects and collaboration tools)
- Good communicative skills, self-confidence and assertiveness
- Outstanding organisational talent and good time management
- Service-orientation as well as the ability to work independently
In addition, the following criteria are desirable:
- Completed university studies (min. Bachelor’s degree) or international equivalent
- Experience in editing websites using CMS systems (e.g. WordPress, Magnolia)
- Experience in managing social media channels (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Willingness to travel (2-3 times/year for a few days)
- Work experience in a higher education environment
- Work experience in the field of project and/or quality management
- Good German language skills
Your perspective
- Part-time position (20 hours/week – flexi-time) initially limited until end of August 2026, with a minimum salary of EUR 2.380,20 gross per month on a full-time basis (classification according tocollective agreement of universities §49VwGr. IIIa), willingness to overpay with corresponding qualifications and professional experience
